Pelham Fringe
How we use your email
We use your email address to tell you about Pelham Fringe. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Pelham Fringe.
What we keep
Your email address. The date and time you confirmed it, the internet address that confirmation came from, and a note that you signed up on this website. That record is how we can show later that you asked to hear from us. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name.
Why we are allowed to
Because you asked us to. Signing up and then clicking the link in the confirmation email is the consent, and it is the only basis we rely on. Until you click that link we have written nothing down: the form sends one email and stores no address.
Where it is stored
Our announcement list runs on Resend, which stores your address and sends the emails on our behalf. It is stored there and nowhere else. Resend publishes the terms it handles that data under in its data processing agreement.
Getting off the list
Reply to any email we send, or write to info@pelhamfringe.org, and we will take you off the list. A person does that by hand, because Pelham Fringe is volunteers and one mailbox that gets read. If your mail app shows an unsubscribe button on our emails, pressing it sends us the same request.
Who to write to
Pelham Fringe is a volunteer-run festival in Pelham, New York. Write to info@pelhamfringe.org about anything on this page and a person will answer.
